About the Inspiration Day for Artists

Our annual inspiration day is the meeting place for promising artists, bands, and producers (ages 16–30) who want to take their music careers to the next level. Following last year's successful first edition, we are gathering young creators at Trix once again to gain insights and build their music careers.

WHEN AND WHERE?

Sunday, November 29, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM at Trix (Noordersingel 28-30, 2140 Borgerhout)

WHO is it for?

• Young, promising artists, bands, and producers
• Between 16 and 30 years old
• At the beginning of their music career
• From all genres

What can you expect?

No dry theory, but an intensive day packed with hands-on workshops, honest conversations with industry insiders, and concrete feedback on your own work. Throughout the day, we’ll cover all the key topics you face as a musician: from playing live, releasing music, and promotion to the business side of rights, fair payment, and mental resilience.

You will go home with:

• Information and inspiration to develop your own musical practice
• Practical tools you can immediately apply to your own path
• A network of fellow artists and professionals from the Belgian music industry

What does it cost?

• Standard rate: € 18
• Under 26 years old: € 15
• Social rate: € 3,6

This Inspiration Day for Artists is a project by Trix Werkplaats, our breeding ground for talent. The Werkplaats (Workplace) is a place to make music, mess around, and grow. We provide the space, knowledge, guidance, and a network that helps you get further at every stage of your journey.
